We had a lot of fun with Brett, and he has since mentioned he "cant wait to do another video" with us. Stoked to be working with such a talented musician and look forward to future projects with him.
Recently, we were approached by Texas ghost hunters "Team Grim" about having JNP be the editor for their upcoming feature film "Within These Walls". It's a paranormal, horror movie, and they thought our dark editing style would be a perfect fit. I've read an advanced copy of the script and we are very excited to be doing the editing/sound design for this film. As always, stay tuned as this project unfolds. It is scheduled for a late 2011 release as of now. To meet the gang at "Team Grim", click here.
Due to recording schedules, the upcoming "Aghori" video has been postponed until a later date. We did get to hear an advance version of some of the new tunes, and they're killer. Cant wait to work with our bro's on their next vid when they finish up their album.
Also, in 2 weeks, JNP is proud to be heading to the Big Apple. Thats right folks, we are flying in to New York to cover the mighty "Ominous" as they get the opportunity to rock out the "MAIN F'n STAGE" of the TMT Metal Festival!!! Can you tell we are excited?!?! We will be following the band in a "day in the life of" style documentary that will eventually follow them right up on the stage to cover a few songs live. With 20,000+ crazy metal heads enjoying 3 days of music and madness, this will be an event to remember. Expect a late fall/early winter release of this, as of yet, untitled documentary. There is some other news, that would be a real "game changer" for us here at JNP, but as of now, the contracts are still being written, so we cant say anymore then that. But you know, when it happens, we will be sure to let everyone know.
